Pastor Bob & Mary Swope

Lead Pastor

Pastor Bob and Mary came to Westgate Church in the summer of 2007. They come with over 35 years of ministry experience. He attended Northwest University and studied at Kings Seminary. After ministering in Oregon, California, Alaska, and Texas pastor Bob and Mary have returned to his home town of Salem. Pastor Bob has a passion for people to know God. He has a unique way of bringing hope and vision to the people. He applies the word of God to everyday life issues. Pastor Bob is known for his enthusiasm and humor. Bob and Mary have been married for 37 years. They have two married children.

Pastor Ioannis & Erica Gratsinopoulos

Youth Pastor / Associate Pastor

Ioannis and Erica come from Northern California where he served as director of "The Sent Ministries". Ioannis comes with many years of experience as a youth evangelist speaking at colleges, youth camps, retreats, churches and special events all over the United States. He and his wife Erica make an outstanding team together.

Pastor Bob & Dona Barham

Administrator / Associate Pastor

Bob and his wife Dona come with many years of pastoral experience. Bob most recently served as Assistant Supt. of the Oregon Ministry Network. He has served on national ministry boards and headed up the Oregon Ministry Network Men's Ministry. He is also a Church Growth Specialist.

Russ Hedge

Music Pastor

Russ serves as the Worship Leader and Music Pastor of Westgate Church. Russ has a desire to lead people into God’s presence through praise and worship. Russ is known as "Mr. Enthusiasm". He loves God, his family, Music and Sports. Russ and his family have been a part of Pastor Bob's ministry team for over 10 years.
